He is making tropicat go on adventures with him... sadly this is only a memory drawing because tropicat was burned to death... Said to be shot by a flaming arrow by the vile being, Ash!
But my theory for Tropicat's death is Melvin was secretly plotting with Ash to murder Tropicat for taking his place....
